Don't think this scimitar is rare, I've gotten three already from Kournan chests, and I haven't opened many of them. Doesn't seem to be a popular skin.

10-20k max.

Probably because the skin isnt so good (imo)

I'd say 20-30K tops - maybe even lower (mods are ok)
