Any way to fix Game of the Year bonus item problem?

My husband got the Prophecies game of the year edition as a present. He went to see what the items selection list would be by typing /bonus. No popup came up and it gave him ALL the custom weapons for each class customized to that character which can use only one. Ok maybe 2 if you can use your 2nd classes weapons.

Is there any way to reset or have ArenaNet fix problem in your experience out there. Or is he just SOL?

We're both pretty new to the game. I got Prophecies for my birthday and he just started playing with me these last few weeks.

P.S. Where DO you find info on how to claim bonuses? I just got Nightfall and preorder pack too. Scared to try to claim now after this. Sometimes procrastination can be a good thing.

/bonus can be used an infinite number of times (as far as I know) and always gives out all the items possible for the account.

Don't worry about it.

You can type /bonus as many times as you want. The bonus items that are not already in your inventory will show up again.

Also on the nightfall bonus items, the command works the same. Well, it's actually the same command.
You can do this, type /bonus and have your heroes equip all of the bonus items. Next type /bonus again and watch a second set of bonus items appear.

You can use /bonus to get all the items for each character on that account.

The only items which you can not get more than one of are the Collectors Edition items like the Kuunavang and the Miniature Varesh, the other miniatures which you aquire by codes are the same way, they have a one time use.
