Two problems that I saw with this quest immediately.
One: Mhenlo loves the afflicted too much. He keeps leaving my group to aggro them when I'm already engaged with Am Fah on the other side of the bridge. Please fix that.
Two: He doesn't seem to be getting the "Charge" buff that my warriors are shouting. I don't know if this was intended or not, but it should definitely be added. He's one of my allies, so he should therefore benefit from group buffs and such. Otherwise he's even more worthless than a regular henchman.

Well I have problems with this quest too. Mainly when I'm running back and forth, and then someone says 'do you have mhenlo?' and then having to run back, and then going back again.

From what I've seen running this quest, you can look at the Afflicted group well before you get to Mhenlo, and make a very goiod guess as to whether he'll aggro them or not. 9 times out of 10, he won't, but that 1 time, it's a mess.
Usually, if I'm in a group, I'll have the group kill the Am Fah there, then the Afflicted, then the last group of Am Fah across the bridge. This completely clears Mhenlo's path, so that he gets no extra aggro along the way. It makes things SO much easier to fight without worrying about the suicuidal monk that MUST be kept alive at all costs.
