Idea for penalty for leaving in RA

I've done searches and the only threads are ones that say things like you shouldn't be able to map out... And I apologise if there was something like this but I indeed missed it, the search function here seems abit quirky compared to the others im used to..

Doesn't really seem practical to me, so how about if someone leaves the battle within the first minute of starting can be imposed a DP the next RA match he joins, if he joins one within the next 3mins. Something like that. This way genuine DCs at start won't be really feel the effect.

I want a penalty for people who keep suggesting this.

If you didn't suck, people wouldn't leave your groups...

Run a search on the keyword "punish" when you get the chance; you should get a page or two of results relevant to the topic (which I am going to have to clean up some time this week... >_< ).
