Hi, I was wondering what city in NF is the ferry to LA located. Also, is that city runnable?From where?

No need to run to the city, you pretty much start there. You either need a ferry to the docks or complete the story line to that point. People are giving ferries all the time.
Expect Anet to stop the ferrying at some point so if you really want it, I would suggest doing it quickly.

well, the thing is im getting NF for christmas and plan on making a dervish, but ill be in ny until New years eve and i cant play until then. i want to make it to LA in time for the event.
