PC on perfect magmas shield

i have this

magmas shield of fortitude
armor 16 req 13 str
+30hp
received physical dmg -5 (20%)

i know its worth quite a bit but i am wondering about how much seeming how this may be the first existing nightfall magmas shield

It's not even close to being the first NF magmas. With a req of 13 i'd say around 10 ecto.
