Sold a few Scepters like that for 15k-25k or so ... the fixed soul reaping req really hurts it. (No recharge/casting on death/blood/etc.)

I'd say the 19% master of my domain on the cesta would be a good way to target it's value. Check the mod price sticky. It's the common skin for those.

For the idol, not really sure. From your picture it doesn't look like a rare skin, so I'm guessing 5-10k range, if that much?
