this build uses siphon speed and dash to catch or kite from a target and moebius strike to keep constant pressure on them.

attributes--dagger mastery-13, shadow arts--10, critical strikes--12, deadly arts-9

skills--siphon speed, black spider strike, blinding powder, twisting fangs, moebius strike, death blossom, dash, shadow refuge.

pick a target and put on siphon speed, if moving use dash to catch up. use black spider strike and if your target isnt a caster, use blinding powder followed by twisting fangs then moebius+death blossom. they should be below 50% health so spam moebius and death blossom until they are dead. if a target is chasing you that you can beat, put siphon speed on them to kite. use siphon speed on any random targets just for the speed boost. if in mid battle and you need to get out, use siphon speed+dash. take out blinding powder for res in anythnig besides ab.

Wait, what's the point of Siphon Speed + Dash? Shouldn't you have a +33% speed boost? Maybe after the Siphon Speed has worn off, but you really shouldn't have that hard of a time catching up with your opponent if he/she has a speed reduction of 33% and you with an increase of the same amount.
I'd comment about the other skills if only I played my sin more..

I guess Dash is also used for running from cap point to cap point.

However, I'd go for 13 critical strikes. Just because. Blinding Powder? pretty useless in my opinion for me.

How about swapping black spider strike for black lotus strike, followed by horns of the ox, falling spider, twisting fangs, moebius strike?

I tried a Moebius Strike build (I used it to use Horns of the Ox over and over for repeated knockdowns). I don't like it, because the problem with it is dual attacks are your most powerful attacks, and take a large chunk of health out of your target. If they are below 50% health, a dual attack will often kill them anyway. With Moebius Strike I could potentially use a dual attack over and over and over, but in reality, I only ever got to use a dual attack twice before a target was dead. Either they were above 50% health, or they were dead too quick. Felt like waste of an elite.

If it recharged your attack skills if your target is over 50% health, then it would be more useful for me.

shock+falling spider+twisting fangs is not enough to kill anything. i have dash in there because siphon speed is a half-range spell so you need to catch up to them. since there is no defense, you need to be fast to evade things. dash is just a good utility to have in any sin build. yes i agree, blinding powder seems out of place, but it proves to be invaluable when fighting against a warrior, ranger, assassin or dervish.

http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Build:A/W_Shovesin You are using WAY too much runes. A good build should use 1 sup rune at a time, if possible only minors, and majors if you want specific breakpoints.

No wonder you die quick.
