PlayNC compromises account security

Recently I tried to change my passoword ingame to a more secure password containing special characters etc..., and when I did so i was referred to the PlayNC website. This is because my account is linked to PlayNC, so I can make purchases in the online store. At the PlayNC site, when you try to change your passoword PlayNC only allows a 13 character maximum and no special characters, compromising passoword integrity. And seeing as there is no way to unlink a PlayNC account from your GW account, it limits your ability to create complex passwords.

Hun you are beating a dead horse. However 13 character max with the use of caps, lowercase, and numbers makes it pretty hard to crack. No one is going to spend that much time trying to hack your account unless they just hate you and if that is the case maybe you should be careful who you tick off. (No that wasn't sarcasm, just plain truth, seeing as how many people make their password easy as pie already, why worry about the strong holds eh?)

However what does compromise security is not being able to change the email addy and so forth. PlayNC is striving to make their site more secure and this topic has already had a lengthy thread WITH responses from Gaile and so forth. Run a search, it's a darn good read ^_^
