My recently designed build .

Uses Expert's Dexterity to reduce the cooldowns of dagger attacks by 67%.

This give golden lotus strike a 5 second cooldown allowing you to constantly repeat your combo. Golden Lotus Strike provides enough energy to deal with the constant spamming and increased energy costs from Expert's Dexterity.

So what do you think about it?

It's one interesting way of using that elite I have to say, but isn't it a bit of a waste using Falling Spider not followed by another double attack like Twisting Fangs or Death Blossom? This way you would have way more spiking potential; if you prefer dps to spike it could be wise to add Repeating Strike, spamming it until GLS is ready again...and opening space for another elite like, say, Flashing Blades.
