Ok, So today I decided I would start playing Guild Wars again after not playing it for a few months. So I put in my CD click "Play Guild Wars" And this pops up.
Does anyone know what I should do to fix it?

Looks like your gw.dat file got corrupted somehow. Try deleting and then re-installing GW. If you have a decent connection then run the -image switch straight after the re-install to grab all the content and then remove the -image switch before starting the game.

Also, I don't under stand what you mean by
"If you have a decent connection then run the -image switch straight after the re-install to grab all the content and then remove the -image switch before starting the game."
Would you mind explaining.

By adding the switch "-image" at the end of the line in the target for a shortcut for GW.exe, it forces the client to download ALL available GW files up to date.
The second error messege you got seems to be pretty specific as opposed to the first one. I would do as suggested. Make sure your administration access has not changed and if you are not the only one that uses your PC, then this may be why things have changed. Then make sure you truely do have enough space on your harddrive for 5gigs (gw.dat file can get bigger even!)
Then try installing the game into a new location other then where you tried teh last two instances. If you are able to finally fully install the game, i would also suggest using the "-image" switcher; to do this::
Right click your GW.EXE file, and click on "Create Shortcut".
Right click the newly created "shortcut to gw.exe", and click Properties.
Click in the text beside "Target:"
Scroll to the end of the line, hit the space bar then type "-image" (without the quotations)
Now click ok in that window.
Wait until the file refreshes, then double click the shortcut. Now sit back and watch many many many files being downloaded. Once completed, it will close itself. Now you can either delete the shortcut and use the main GW.EXE file to start the game OR go back and take "-image" out of the shortcut target line before using it.
After all taht, if you can still not play the game you need to start over, for this could be data corruption on your PC. Do spyware scans, virus/bugs/wurms scans, defrag, delete all unneeded programs off drive, and try to minimize the amount of programs running in the background. THEN, start with step one from my advice...
And if nothing works... uh, then ask someone that is smarter then me. lol.
Hope that helped a bit. If this is all already known to you, then best of luck!
cheers!

In order to install Guild Wars onto the computer you will have to have Administrator access. I am not sure how many people use your computer but somewhere down the line your full access to the computer was limited. Just log on as Administrator then install Guild Wars.
Another thing before you do what is in this post of mine is t run your antivirus and anti-spyware programs to be sure that isn't the reason that it wont install.
