I was flicking through some of the dervish skills and i came upon 2 skills, Mystic Twister and Mystic Sandstorm. If they were combined with alot of damge afflicting/status changing enchantments (Aura of Thorns or Heart of Fury) this could be a nuke build. Although a build like this may have been made, id still like to post it, and get some feedback + advice. thx

1. Mystic Twister - (Spell) For each Enchantment on you, one foe in the area is struck for 30-106 cold damage (the same target cannot be hit more than once.) (10 ENERGY, 8 RECHARGE)
2. Aura of Thorns - (Enchantment) Crippled for 10 secs, when ended foe bleeds for 15 secs. (5 ENERGY, 12 RECHARGE)
3. Staggering Force - (Enchantment) 80 dmg, deal earth dmg for 20 secs, when ended weakened for 15 seconds (10 ENERGY, 20 RECHARGE)
4. Heart of Fury - (Enchantment) For 20 seconds, you attack 33% faster. When this enchantment ends, all nearby foes are set on fire for 3 seconds. (10 ENERGY 15 RECHARGE).
5. Vital Boom - (Enchantment) for 20 secs u have 100 max hp, at end gain 200 hp (works with pious light) (5 ENERGY 8, RECHARGE)
6. Mystic Sandstorm - (Spell) Lose all Enchantments. For each Enchantment removed in this way, all nearby foes are struck for 10-30 earth damage (maximum 130). (10 ENERGY, 8 RECHARGE)

As you can see before battle you cast all the enchantments, then rush into battle unleash Mystic Twister, then Mystic Sandstorm, run away, repeat.
If timed correctly you could in around to space of a second cause a foe...
236 damage, 1-3 burning (depends attributes), bleeding for 15 secs, weakend for 15 secs, you gaining 200 hp + 2 other skills of your choice.
I'm unsure about slot 7-8 as i want to use an Elite skill, and im not sure the best one to use for this build, these skills could be any job as i havent got a secondary one.
I guess you could use skills such as Dust Cloak (blinded), faithful Intervention (150 hp), etc but i cant decide... -_- Any suggestions would be helpfull.

Your build is a variation of a reasonably common gimmick, used with a /A secondary for Aura of Displacement (which itself would count as an enchantment). It's fun to play, but terrible. The damage comes every time Mystic Sandstorm recharges, its Earth Damage (4 of these in HA vs. me couldn't spike a single character, they have no afterspike so its kill or fail). Here's what I used when I tried it:
Earth Prayers: 12+1+3 or +2
Mysticism: 11+1
Shadow Arts: 6

Heart of Holy Flame
Dark Escape
Feigned Neutrality

Mystic Twister is just not worth it. Not only does it require a decent spec, the damage rarely hits the target you want to catch and isn't really spectacular to begin with.

I'd call it far from a gimmick. and this style of dervish is best played with the earth line instead of the wind. But to each their own.
