LOL I got the same exact thing this weekend except mine was a 19% enchant instead of the +30hp. Havent tried selling though.

Skin isn't very wanted, I'd salvage for mods & then try salvaging ruby from the daggers.

But if you like to sell it like that then 15k~ or so

Dagger mods aren't worth selling, if you can get 15k or so for them you'd be better off than taking the chance of salvaging

at most (IF you get them all you'd be looking at like 5k, 3k, 3k and 8k for a total of like 19k and that's ONLY if you get all the mods and a ruby)
