Build I've been using. It's a support build, but works great in most PvP situations.

If you've got a monk, then switch to energy set or something else and put on some runes. Otherwise, if you're RAing, this is the setup I use.

R/W + health armour set
Expertise 13 (12+1 hat)
Wilderness Survival 10 (0)
Marksmanship 9 (8+1)

[skill]"You're All Alone!"[/skill][skill]Savage Shot[/skill][skill]Distracting Shot[/skill][skill]Screaming Shot[/skill][skill]Apply Poison[/skill][skill]Natural Stride[/skill][skill]Troll Unguent[/skill][skill]Resurrection Signet[/skill]

Weapons 1: Crippling Composite Bow of Fortiude +5e
Weapons 2: Poisoning Composite Bow of Fortiude +5e
Weapons 3: Dazing Short Bow of Fortiude +5e
Weapons 4: Negative Energy Set

Essentially, stay in the backline with casters, any opponents that try to overextend, use YAA on them and Screaming Shot them.

When no opponents overextend, spread poison/bleeding as much as possible. Use Natural Stride for protection against melee or to catch up with a target for snaring.

Can switch:

[skill]Distracting Shot[/skill] for [skill]Concussion Shot[/skill].

I dont see why you arent using minor runes. With 14 expertise you wont need a +5 energy bow. I dont see how this is a conditions build when your conditions are well very conditional but if it works cant argue it.

It's pretty solid in skirmish situations and could easily take down a warrior...however, you have no self condition removal for yourself if trying to take down an ele.
