I don't know for sure but, I would check out the prices for the mods. With it not being Max Damage I don't think you will get much more then the total for the mods, but then again you just never know what people are willing to buy.

I wouldn't salvage that, it's quite nice, that 1 max dmg off perfect is damage-wise comparable to a 15-28 +13^50 one.
The req 7 is most important here obviously, as strictly better ones are extremelly rare.
The problem is it's much harder to find the right buyer that can do the math and realise how good it really is.

It's not possible to have Req. 7 max bows.
