We have warriors isle and do not have this problem.
All services are still right where they should be except the scroll trader that has not been purchased yet.
I am so glad that this isn't a problem for my guild hall.
I feel extremly sorry for those that are having this problem and I hope it gets fixed soon for you guys.

My services are back to normal again as well. The only thing that I had done was leave and go do a bit of exploring. After returning to the Guild Hall, all services were back in place. Very nice!

Give me the name of the guild hall that is missing NPCs. I thought this was fixed hours ago! We'll work on it, don't worry, but Name of hall, please.

Before you make a report here, get everyone to leave the hall. Everyone. Then, restart your game and go look and see if the NPCs are still missing.
