please help.

I've been looking all over on the Guildwars website for how to change my password. I tried everywhere and i tried the "reset password" button under the login screen in the game client. All that did is make a whole new account. Anyone know how to change my password? Also, does anyone know where to report people?

Log in ->edit account ->change password.
