Tyrian trying to get to Cantha

My friend has been trying to get his tyrian character over to cantha (factions)....factions has been loaded including the code for the game, sergio won't give him the quest...no Mhenlo outside of Lion's, and Jiaju Tai is present on the docks but wont give him the ship to cantha. He does not have The ascolon settlement or Defend North Kryta Province, or Mhenlo's Request in his quest log. Any help or bugs to fix this would be helpful. Thanks!

Nevermind....he has to reset/personalize his access key, and he has the quest now. Thanks, and you can delete this thread!
