Here is a screenshot I just took today 12/20/2006. It shows one of the nicest additions that A-Net and NC-Soft hve given us in game. Relize though that this is in a mission map, and I am on Cingular's wireless network, on a laptop, so the frame rates and ping and such are not great.

So is the top number your ping, and the bottom A-net's?

The top number is your last ping, the bottom is the average ping time for the duration.
