I was wondering if anyone had any idea what this green is worth, I know the skin and mods aren't the most sought after, but I was wondering since I had not heard of this staff being found before.

Req. 9 Soul Reaping
+10 Energy
20% Universal Spell Recharge
+5 Energy (While Health is Above 50%)
+60 Health
