Add the festival hat NPC to cantha

'Nuff said. Two of the hats (Tengu and Dragon mask) are regional to Cantha. Why would they not have an NPC there then?
It is bad enough the GWF-only people doesn't get the Wintersday festival.
So quit being so capitalistic, by hoping not adding a feature to GWF will get GWF-only people to buy GWN/GWP!

And no, I am not GWF-only. I have all 3 chapters. I just defend the weak!

The NPC will probably make his way down there in the next six months. Just like the storage upgrades NPC made his way into tyria.

You obviously have no idea what this thread is about. They added a new npc to LA and Kamadan that you can show a hat to (that's customized for that character), then you can copy that hat for any character on your account. This is not a trader to buy hats you missed.

Can't see why there would be Faction only people..haven't met any yet. Yeah I suppose it would be good to at least have the hat guy.. I think it's a waste of time to bother with factions for the winters day festival..

Mainly because the material storage was factions-only at first, and I was happen when it went to prophecies cause I could get it finally. That being said, I think its only fair that the hat NPC goes to factions too.

And about the wintersday event...why not add the boardwalk games and dragon festival to prophecies and nightfall? Because they are native to factions.....wintersday/halloween is native to prophecies and nightfall.

As someone stated earlier, material storage was Factions only for the first six months. Most likely Cantha will pick up the festival hat guy around when campaign 4 rolls out.

Material Storage was at first only added to the newest chapter (GWF), then 6 months later to the other chapters (GWN, GWP).

Festival Hat is in the newest and the oldest chapter, but not in the middle one? How come? Because this is not the same kinda update. I think ANet either just hates GWF, or forgot it exists (in the sense that they added the NPC to all the areas with christmas theme, but since no town in GWF has christmas theme, they forgot to add the NPC there)

i know a couple of peeps with factions only...

i still play factions everyday, i hardly play NF at all. ive been hangin out in tyria for wintersday though. cantha should get the npc also. factions is now the most challenging game, if u dont use hench or heros. make a new character and play through the game with only other players (if u can find them). its fun XD
