Does the Rajazans Fervor ever drop?

My friend recently killed the boss who drops Rajazan Fervor 30+ times (solo) and he never dropped his sword. Does this guy just never drop it or is it a case of sever bad luck? We went to the auction sites and couldn't even find one up for sale thats why I thought the boss might be glitched. Any speculations would be very appreciated

PS Please dont post any flames here. I am asking a simple question I am a very experience player who farms constantly. I am not a noob and do not feel like being called one.

Yes, Cultist Rajazan DOES drop his green item. Your friends lack of drops may connected to the anti-farm code. Just keep at it and you'll get one.

Maybe there are 30 people out there who got a Fervor on their first try during the downtimes in which your friend was farming Rajazan.

But to my knowledge, there are no bugs related to Rajazan, when I get home I'll try to farm one.

My friend farmed one for me about a month ago. I guess your friend has just got to keep trying...
Another friend of mine farmed Sskai for over 9 hours straight before he got his sword.
