Hi
Just started playing and was wondering about warrior attributes.
Do I want to dump most of my points in strength and tactics? Spread them evenly across strength, tactics, and my weap of choice?
Thanks

Well, there is no "wrong way" to the weapons and their abilitys'. Each of them are matched evenly, just pick a weapon that you like (I use an hammer) Also pick one in strength and tactics; I prefer strength over tactics because of some of the skills. Though some people choose tactics. You can put points in both of them but I suggest not. Just do whatever you like that suits you. As I said there is no "wrong way" you could go with this, just remember Tank = Warrior.

It depends on whether you mean PvE or PvP.
For PvE, you can basically spread attribute points across your warrior attributes, yes. Or just focus on weapon and either strength or tactics, it depends on what skills you want to use. Bascially the only thing you must think of is that you don't want to put too much into your secondaries (some people put 8 in healing prayers and then use Mending, for example... don't do that). There are some exceptions, such as Conjure X builds where you want to put 12 in Fire Magic or whatever. In PvE you have two main jobs: aggro management/tanking, and chasing down individual powerful mobs (healers etc).
For PvP, you should put 16 in your weapon attribute (12 base, +1 for helmet, +3 for superior rune), then 9 in your shield attribute (usually strength), then the rest according to what skills you want to bring. There is less flexibility here since a PvP warrior who can't do damage is plain useless, since it's not possible to tank in PvP.
Really in both cases it mostly depends on what skills you want to bring. Choose your attributes so that you get the most out of your skills.

There are wrong ways to do things, for sure. A pretty good split is 16/10/10 (10 strength, 10 tactics, 16 weaponmastery). It's really dependent on builds though, so if you're not using tactics skills, there's no need to put points in it. I use healing signet quite a bit though, so I generally run this split. Strength is largely garbage and if you're not using any skills in the line there's no reason to put points in it; if you are than by all means pump it up, but trying to max that out simply for armor penetration on attacks is pretty gimped.
