PvE toon only GvG league

email [email protected] if interested, still working out details(site, prizes, rules etc..)but already have 13 guilds via word of mouth. Matches wont net u gvg rank or champ points though if thats ur dish this isnt 4 u Always felt the seperation was one of the things that hurt gw depth as MO. Primary motivation is FUN!! . will update this post in a few days to let those who are interested know where it stands. Plz leave suggestion's and or opion's =) hope 2 see ya on the field of battle.

This is no different than high end gvg months ago, except the people who will play this are most likely bad.

its for anyone who wants to gvg..things like armour skins or skill level are not a factor, if u can field a team thats all ya need

theres an interesting features in gw that allow you to scrimmage with other guilds. theres also a forum on guru for this sort of thing, riverside just isn't the place. if you have 13 guilds interested, just ally with a few of them and gvg till your hearts content.

all matches will be scrimmages of course..will run like ncaa basketball tourn..brackets etc...

I read the title.. And i assume that he wants to create a league where you can't use PvP toons.. That's just dumb.

Was I flaming? I think not. I asked very politely if you could edit you're spelling and grammar so I could understand you're original post. Some sentences I could not get...

there's are very large portion of our community that doesnt participate in the gvg aspect of "guild wars" that would like too given a more accessible entry point. Im not gona list all the reasons why most players arnt engaged in truly competitive gvg but it seems unfortunate so many really never get to sink there teeth into what is one of the most enjoyable parts of the game. PvE only we think will attract many players who for one enjoy there pve characters and secondly perhaps its a lil less intimidating for players looking to break into gvg. Think informal,fun, great way to meet new friends...think drunken coed softball game on a Sunday =)

Because letting some people have advantages makes gvg more fun?

Chill guys, I think his point is to get PvE only guilds into PvP by letting them fight similar guilds, not giving them an advantage.

to someone who isnt playing period yes..yes it does, Isnt the zero sum game ur eluding to, theres more to it than that. The wheel isnt being reinvented..just a grp of guilds who wish to utilize a function of the game they purchased with out having to become pro video game players Look the majority of players dont know or care about who the current champs are or who the best players in the world are. The upper echelon of pvp is a small fraction of the community who have the time and will to practice xhours a week etc..in reality most ppl dont have the time and despite the lies we tell ourselves rank,glad points, champ points, armour, gear etc is directly proportional to time invested. Not to short change those that have, everyone would love to play for IQ or whoever..most ppl cant put up the kind of commitment. Like i said its about haveing fun and a chance for some more ppl 2 get involved.
