I got this to happen when I was solo'ing Griffons <sp?>

bad thing is that it's soo sooooooooo small. If you cant tell, it's a worm stuck up on a bridge. It was chasing me, and i couldnt get away (you can tell why if you look at my bar), so i ran under the bridge, and it got stuck up there!

yeah wurms are able to get onto bridges. I was running in the desolation yesterday, got hit by a wurm. I fled on a bridge, and it followed me on there. weird stuff.
