"You have no skills right now"

All of a sudden, I have none of my unlocked skills showing as available to my heroes. (See the screen shot for how odd this is...hero has no skills listed but an elite in bar.)

Anyone else have this?

EDIT: They came back when I logged back in. May have been caused by the new re-connect.
