req9 preferred
Other mods are irrelevant, unless it has a +5al>50

#2 - Smiting Offhand
req9-10 I guess... not sure what my options are here as far as skins
19-20% recharge would be preferable, but not required.

The only Smiting offhands I've ever seen are Hallowed Idols, and they are kinda... meh. If that's all there is though, it will work.

Both need to be inscribable, and obviously max energy. Feel free to harass me ingame, but posting or PM'ing here would guarantee I see it.
