NEW title levels

I apologize. I do not plan on spending millions in gold, thousands of hours and the rest of my life trying to get one title or another such as top lvl drunkard or wisdom seeker, chest opener. Impossible! If you figure it out for some of these titles, whimsical or not, it would consume a measureable and significant portion of your life. Of course I am sorry for all those that have been obsessed with getting one title or another and you should receive special considerations in having done so.

I think the "kind of a big deal" title should have levels in itself and things like 80 billion hrs intoxicated should be brought down as well as most of the others.

I am not a school kid looking to mess up my exams or a house person neglecting my responsibilities, nor an individual that does not have many many other things to do but shirks these in favor of trying to reach unattainable titles.

As far as I am concerned you can make the titles scale infinite but just as the skins on weapons, the various colors and design of armors, they are components of the game that should be reasonably attainable, reflect individuality and character capabilities not relentless persistence in the pursuit of folly.

Solution = Play World of Warcraft

You could always NOT get the titles. Does titles help ? No. Do they enlarge epeen? Ofc.

The titles are there for people who are bored with the main game and want to do something. Anet isn't saying you should grind the titles. You could open maybe 15 chests a day or something, spend 20-30 on your drunkard. If you make it consume your life like you said and spend 12 hours a day being drunk then yeah you should take a break. The titles are just there for something else to do.

The titles are not there for people who are bored with the game. They are there for people to keep interest in the game while exploring other options. It's that sense of non-linear gameplay that makes Guild Wars so fun.

Titles aren't important enough to make people farm them so they can complete goals (except for the newer sunspear / lightbringer titles) but they are there so you can show others what you have accomplished on your character.

"Meh" dont want the high titles, dont go for it. Let others who are willing to waste their own time.
