More mod types(inherient or add on) is welcome.
Can make a list of the conditions when it come come in effect
(when suffer conditions, when attacking, when moving, etc)
And make a list of what effect it could have
(+AL, +damage, +HP, reduce duration, etc)
And another list for possible additional costs
(-X energy, -X AL, - X moving speed, etc)
Mix and match those, and you get your self some new mods.

Well, I think the thing is that we have so much to remove conditions and some skills make us even immune to them. Also, we have the reduces condition by 33% mod. Not really sure of this mod suggestion. But then again, I don't play Warrior, so really don't have so much problems with weakness and blind ^^ I can imagine it though.
