this build http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...php?t=10090973 works wonders for me in this mission. Instead of arcane echo though i use silver armor for the melee attackers at the huge spawn and Sandstorm for the rangers-warlocks spawn. 2 sandstorms take care of all the ranged attackers. Also a /D build with Mystic Regen could work for an even easier job with more attack skills but no energy management. black wolf
My favorite using my WMO with a Holy Light Smiter Build( this is the same build that was good for farming Rotscale Bow before they nerfed the soloing) would be Undead farming in the GoK Mission. I get 15-25 Emblems plus 2-6 chards per run plus dye drops, rune drops like crazy, Unmax golds, Lots of gold dead bows( also non max).
2nd favorite would be Shocking Barrager build for termite leggs on Noob Island, average a little less than Undead. Undead Farming great for mutiple drops of Emblems. 3rd just for the dye drops would be Great Wall with my Shocking Barrager 1 run 1 black and 2 silver dye drops plus some cc shards and skulls, carvings. In gok if you're reliant on the enemies hitting you for energy with bonds or anything definitely don't take oink he'll steal your aggro.
If you're an ele that is just going to fire nuke them, then oink is probably required ![]() The time it takes to kill the first two groups at the start is definitely counterbalanced by the number that runs up behind the house in comparison to just running there first. MadHamish
Hi there!
Got over 500 Wintergreen-CCs now so here is one efficient way to get Gargoyle-sculls with a Rt/R... Restoration:16 WS: 9 BM: 9 Rest is irrelevant... Skills: VwK (Vengful was Kanhei) Serpents Quickness Vengeful Weapon Generous was Tsungrai Resilient Weapon Stormchaser Mend Body and Soul (or another selfheal, not really needed) EoE (Edge of Extinction) You'll best exit the Nolani Academy Outpost to the north, run to the stairs, there should be one group waiting there. Put on GwT and RW, walk up the stairs and argo the group with the boss. Pull them, so that no one is standing behind somthing (make sure everyone is hitting you). Activate SQ and VwK and immediately lay down the EoE. You can speed up triggering the EoE-bomb by using VW one time. The only survivor will be the boss, which is easily killed with VW alone. When everyone is dead, continue to the ruins of nolani memorial statue and agro all three groups there. To make sure that everyone hits me I usually go in a circle aggroing the left two groups, then walking through the "A" formed columns directly to the stairs and a little bit back between those two columns on the right side of the stairs. Then use the same procedure as listed above. When finished, continue down the stairs agro as many groups as possible and repeat the procedure. A few remarks: I find it really easy, if I do net let RW run out. If you run low on energy activate stormchaser. If your health drops below 50% SQ will not work, so drop GwT before activating SQ. This is really EASY! Anyone without skills can do it. HF and GL (good loot i mean)! MH. PS: Sorry for grammar and spelling mistakes, I'm german. PPS: This does work for Grawls and Undead and even Nightmares (south of the Temple of Ages). Francis Crawford
Just for the record -- if you want to farm grawl between Frontier Gate and Ruins of Surnia, Step 1 is:
Abandon the quest Last Day Dawns. ![]() tballz

i think someone might have mentioned it but if not gates of kyrta mission farm
you get decayed orr emblems and dye at the same time before the event i farmed there for about 3 weeks and when wintersday rolled over i got 5000 CCs of thre bat and getting about 100 a day now RebelHero
Skulls all the way. 3 hours of farming = 250 CCs

Grawl are 4 1/2 - 5 candy canes/run. Plus 1 dye, and I've gotten both white and silver so far.
Shards aside (arguably), the other drops probably aren't worth picking up. The gargoyles give a lot of 60 gold + blues, but the grawl seem to give very few. Francis Crawford

By the way, I got both white and black dyes farming yesterday (grawl and gargoyles respectively).
![]() And two low-end gold staves in the same run one of the times I did GoK. Mesmer in Need
i just farm charr with the old troll farming build:
http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...php?t=10097717 woops francis already got this gj man. aB-
Interestingly enough, I've gotten 2 black dyes in a couple days from farming, both from gargoyles. Considering I've only gotten 2 other black dyes in the other 16 or so months I've played this game...Probably just good luck.

Go to Ruins of Surmia, exit outpost and run west, when you follow the path you'll also encounter a circle filled with crawls and further a little hill filled with them as well. At that hill there's the end of the run, so it's quite small but you can farm there like crazy and get loads of stuff in no time.
Grawls have low armor against Lightning Damage, so shocking mods really put the hurt on. Air Elementalists should be having a field day here. I believe you run east out of Ruins though.
