I need to get to Tyria.
But I cant!
He wont talk to me!

Well, when can I talk to that guy to take me to Tyria?
Do I need to complete all suff before mainland?

When you do the primary quests and missions that open up Consolate Docks you can get the quest to Cantha or Tyria.

After the quest "The Time Is Nigh" is done a npc at the docks (docks inside Kamadan) will give you a quest. Then go to consulte docks and talk to Mhenlo stood on the right.He will send you to Tyria.
