A: yes, 8 15>50 dwarvens exist.
the last one that sold here on GWG was bought by love guild wars (guru name) for 1,000e, which was about 9-9.5mil at that time.
B: ive had it for a coupple months, and i got it from an auction here on guru (i knew who owned it, but i didnt think they would ever sell till i saw it on guru).

The +15% unconditional dwarven axe would probably qualify as one of the rarest items in the game, if not the rarest. That's probably a silly statement though considering it is impossible to obtain the item now.

Dwarvens seem to be more rarer. Maybe Crystalline swords had such a large demand because the people playing warriors all used Swords instead of Axes.

all of the 15%s are pretty much unique as there are so very, very few.
then there are a handful of 14%s on good skins with low reqs that also command rarity.
