hi guys, I just need a PC on this:

Icy Crude Axe of Deathbane
Cold Dmg: 6-28 (Requires 9 Axe Mastery)
Inscription: "Strenght And Honor"
Damage +15% (while health is above 50%)
Damage +20% (vs. Undead)

kinda iffy...75-100kish
