I've been searching for awhile for an answer to this question, and I have yet to find any definitive answer. I am in a situation where I am changing ISPs within a week, and my current ISP e-mail address (which is used for my GW account) will cease to exist once that happens.
I've also made purchases from the Guild Wars store, and as most well know, it forces you to merge your account into PlayNC before making any transactions. Once merged, you can no longer change your e-mail from within Guild Wars.
For reasons beyond my understanding, the official support site has absolutely no information regarding this issue besides "nope, can't be done.' That is unacceptable. In the event of a problem, I can't afford to lose control over my account because of an invalid e-mail address, so this issue is extremely pressing to me.
If anyone can help me out or point me in the right direction on this, I would greatly appreciate it. So far, about an hour of searching both the support site and various forums has yielded nothing positive.
