I would see the title gamer being replaced by a title: "Snowball canoneer" which means, that is count's how many showball you have thrown and actually hit the target badly. So what does this fix? Well the players who win are normally the ones who keep getting snowball point by throwing them and actually hit with a purpose. Now the people who are AFK don't get any points, and the people who lose can get some if they were not AFK at all, and making it only count when hit a target doesn't make people spam the skill just to get points. And maybe certain combo's give more snowball points.
Now this sounds only being part of the Winterday event, but what if you change the title to "Fun Canoneer" so when you join Dragon, Winter or whatever fun arena it just counts to nice hits for points.
The problem now with the Gamer title is that people who join a fight can notice between 1/3 minutes if there team wins or not, if not they leave and re-enter to not waste any time with stupid fights which can't be won. And there I smell the abuse of this title, and actually it happens. This is also a problem in PvP Arena's, waste not time with stupid team, just leave them even when they try hard to win or test there skills.
Actually I had one time quite fun with this. We had a team and someone was chatting: "you noobs" and stuff, so he left, but bad for him we won with 3 people left, and next round we got someone who actually played nicely to get use 10 nice wins in total.

I only whish I was able to tell him aftherwards about this, hehehe stupid leaver.
