access to the festival PvP events, snowball fights, dragon arena in RA and TA.. but unlike the festival, you can't just make a level 1 character, go to shing jea and do that... you need to access it with a level 20 character, most likely PvP.
I dunno what other PvP arenas came in the festivals.. I haven't been in much... this is just a little idea.. I miss the dragon arena, and it'd be fun to see it in RA again, maybe all the RA haters will join in.
