Don't listen to the other guy, i the sticky it will tell you req 11 15-10 chaos axe is around 60k so I'd say that was a decent price.

its also +30hp 20/20..

No, mods do not change price.

i LOVE it when people ask for a pc then they disagree with people who know more than them.
Mods will never change the price, just make it easier to sell.
15/-10 and 15/-5 don't fetch HALF as much as a 15^50, which would get 75kish on a req11 chaos
therefore, 40k.
