PC on a Req.8 nightfall Shield of the Lion.

I've never seen max req.8 equipment in nightfall before...
And seeing as the PC has req.9 versions of this going for a decent amount i was just wondering at the value of this:

Shield of the Lion of Devotion
16 Armour
Req.8 Strength
+42 Health (Enchanted)
"Like a rolling stone"
+9 Armour vs Earth.

Any help appreciated
