Earth damage 9-40 (req 10) - I know it's not max, but it's close :S-

Inscription: "To the Pain!"
Damage +15%
Armor -10 (while attacking)
Diamond Aegis of Devotion
Armor: 16 (req 10 motivation)
Health +45 (while Enchanted)
Inscription: "Luck of the Draw"
Received physical damage -5 (20% chance)
Edit, Added these daggers:
Sundering Elonian Daggers of Warding
Damage 7-17 (req 10)
Armor Penetration 20% (19% chance)
Armor +7 vs elemental
Inscription: "Strength and Honour"
Damage +15% while health is above 50%
