Beginning and ending of Wintersday Finale

We all know the Wintersday Finale is January 1, 2007.

My question is, It will begining 12:01 PST 1/1/07?
and It will end 12:01 PST 1/2/07?

From what I understand, it starts on January 1, 2007, and ends on January 2, 2007. But just to be sure, you could always just check the countdown timer on the official GW web site.

The other event finales began at 12:01 PST, so I'm sure this one will start at the same time.
