Buying new access keys?

I searched the forums and couldn't seem to find anything answering my exact question, but I may have looked over it - so sorry if this has already been asked.

Here it is: my brothers bought Guild Wars earlier in the year and I recently put it on my computer but I'm forced to play through they're account. As in my character shows up as one of theirs. Is there anyway I can purchase a new access key to create my own account? And if so, where can I go to purchase it? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

you could just go buy the game from the store. (Best Buy, EB Games, Gamestop, etc. OR when u start up Guildwars hit the "Create Account or Add Access Key" button. From there you will be promted to either add an access key to your existing account or to create a new one. The next screen will have a space for you to type in a code. in the print at the bottom of the screen it will say 'If you would like to make a new purchase go to PlayNC.com or Click Here." If you click on the "Click Here" option it will require that you fill out your billing information and create an account. after you fill out the information and provide a credit card you will be able to choose which campaign(s) you would like.

I already have the game though..I mean it's installed and I've been playing and everything. I was just hoping there was another way, that didn't cost 30 bucks.

You don't pay for the client from the store, you pay for the CD key since the client is online. Either way it's going to cost just as much.

The money you pay for the game isn't for the box, cd, manual or any of the physical stuff. That's all free. You're actually paying for the access key. And since a lot of places sell it on the shelves cheaper than you can get it from the in-game store, you're getting a great deal.

so to answer your question....the only way to get another account is to buy a key from a store (either online or regular) either way still have to shell out some cash...

If you are talking or thinking about buy a CD key from someone in game I would strongly discourage you from doing so..not only is it against the rules and regulations of guild wars and if u were to get caught you would be/could be banned...but also that most CD keys purchased via players in game are either stolen/banned or just plain fake...so again I would say don't buy in game from other players...
