W/X Build
Velentine Hath
Okay guys, most of you have probably never seen me around here but i like to browse for builds. since about 5 months ago i have been using the W/N Grenths Balance build
Dolyak
Flail(added when nightfall come out)
Sever Artery
Galrath Slash
Final Thrust
Grenths Balance
Lions Comfort (added when nightfall come out)
Healing Signet
At first everyone was like "This build is awesome it owns!!" but now people are starting to be able to beat it faster so. I was wondering if anyone can help me make a nice warrior build W/X (don't have factions) That doesn't use riposte or glads (i believe thos are for tanks who are too lazy to try and find an original build). So if anyone could please help me i would be most happy. My in game name is Velentine Hath thanks to anyone who helps me.

what do you mean 'beat it faster'? It's not a pvp build, it's a farming build.

You don't want to use Gladiators Defence or the Ripostes as you think it is for people too lazy to use an original build, but you ask people to hand you a new build to you on a plate?
The word "hypocrite" comes to mind...

Well i know, i was using it with guildies and other people for 1 v 1's use it alot for farming as well. And at Tan, I'm trying to think of a build and asking people to help me not saying i'm lazy and i know you could probably agree with me Riposte W/Mo's are annoying and everyone uses them, so i'm not being lazy by coming and asking people to help me make a build i'm being smart and getting peoples opinions.
Anyways what do you think of this build?
Conjure Frost
Savage Slash
Sever Artery
Gash
Galrath Slash
Final Thrust
Mist Form
Healing Signet
and for clarification i never asked anyone to "Come hand me a build" i asked them to help me make a new one

-Realize this fact: New original builds don't exist in this game anymore. Seriously, no matter what skill combination you put on your bar, chances are somebody's already done it. There's a space of a few days, maybe a week, after a skill rebalance or campaign release, where people are discovering new things... after that its just small changes to existing things. As far as your comment about ripostes and how you don't want to use them because everyone else does... Did you ever stop to think that the reason alot of people use something is because it's effective and efficient? And your reason to not use them is because you wish to be different? Ok, but by that line of thinking you'll be taking a hit in effectiveness simply for originality. If its worth it, so be it, but that doesn't make sense to me.
-When asking for a build it's pretty important to say what it is for, specifically... Farming a specific area, general purpose PvE, specific PvP build within X team build, etc.
-When posting a build and asking opinions, remember that attributes are as important as the skills themselves. For instance, how much water are you planning on using on your last posted build?

the only problem i see is that you arent using gash. if youre going to use sever artery, definatley use gash. deep wound really helps you add damage.

Lion's Comfort and Healing Signet? That's like using Dragon Slash and Final Thrust.

Mist Form
Healing Signet Mist Form on a warrior? There are far better choices for an elite. Savage Slash is bad, 10 energy and 20 recharge. If you want to interrupt, bring Distracting Blow. If you want to deal damage, bring a non-conditional +damage skill.

If you want to deal damage, bring a non-conditional +damage skill. The reason why i have lions comfort is for emergencies like if i need a quick heal and don't want to risk taking tome to cast Haling Signet and suffer the -40 armor in a bad position.
As for the mist form and such, the Conjure frost stays for 60 minutes so i don't have to worry about that for awhile as for the Mist form, i use that to get adrenaline and not get damaged then (like if i'm fighting a guildie) i can deal the damage then interrupt them when they try to heal and kill them or go right back into mist form.
And thanks for the criticism ^,..,^
Working on a new build for you guys to check out as we speak ><

Do. NOT. Triple post. There's a reason you can edit your own posts without help from a Moderator or Admin. Hell, you can even delete your posts.
Tingi
maybe he was bumping the thread?
LightningHell
Posting three posts in three minutes is not bumping.

OK at first I thought this was a farming build and said why dont you go with something that is proven to work 100% of the time everytime. Then I read on and saw you said wanted to beat your guildies faster and i'm guessing its a pvp build in which case it is a terrible build. No point in having sever artery without gash (especially in pvp). Secondly dolyaks signet is possibly the worst skill you can take to pvp simply because you walk so slow I will just back up away from you and laugh as you struggle to move. Thirdly taking lions comfort and healing signet when lions comfort disable's signets for 10 seconds I just dont get it.
