Dunno if this is of any help, but a lot of these dropped while CR-ing Desolation, so they are fairly common. I sold a couple of r10's in the 15-20k range. Not easy sell though. I like the skin though.

just sold one for 18k. have nothing to compare that price against, but they don't seem too rare
