Heya, I am buying nightfall soon and am planning on making a dervish but one question, do you need to do a quest to get each avatar? if so at what lvl for each?

no, they're each in a fort around the sunspear base in a different area

they're quite tough, I recommend taking blinding surge on a hero, and spoil victor to speed it up if you can

You mean you fight them and then you unlock the skill? Or you can recieve the quest in each fort?

u have to cap the skills, if u have the factions, u can just go to factiosnb to get the cap sig, but if u dont u have to do to build a base quests to get the skill trainer in the command post to buy cap sig. the bosses are easy, just have an mm, 2 monks, a tank, a nuker, a ranger with barrage if u can find and u.

to cap the skill u need cap sig in skill slot, kiss the boss, then use cap sig and press on teh skill u want then ok

Visit http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Avatar_of_Balthazar for the locations of these bosses. The rest of the Avatars on located on the bottom of the page under "Related Skills"

Just like normally capping a elite skill, there quite easy to cap if you command your party well, kill the mobs aroudn the fort first.
