Can anyone point me to a good place to farm Dyes in Tyria?

Also can anyone give me builds for a W/Mo to farm in Sorrows Furnace for Greens?

Dyes drop more commonly in Pre searing or early in game. I recomend Deissa or Gates of Kryta.
