Apartmants?

A lot of people's storage is full and they need to make strage chars wich stole the Character slots.
What about making apartmants for citys?
Prizes: 25k/50k/75k/100k and there the owner can store plenty of items.
The citys: Droks, LA, Kamadan, Kaieng, Shing Jea, Rankor, DWC, FHISERMEN'S HAVEN, Ascalon, Cavalon, House Zu Heter(or helcer, I'm not kurzick.), The kodash bazaar, Sunspear Sanctuary, Gates of Torment, Domain of Anguish.
