And the answer to your question is the dye rate as far as i know is fine, its just the skills may make enimies move off you, i dont know as i have not done it my self so im sorry, i hope someone else can help you.

I tried it a couple of hours weeks ago on an ele, until I got the farming message. Only found 1 dye.. I think it's nerfed.
