PC on Rolls of Parchment

i have 25 that i'm willing to sell. i'd really appreciate any input as i've only been playing the game for 10 days and don't know all the prices just yet. thanks in advance.

I don't have a specific price for you, but just a suggestion.
Look at the difference in the price between what the Material Trader would charge you for the Parchment, and what he will give you if you sell him the parchment. Your ideal price would probably be right in the middle of that.

Example:

If the merchant sells for 100 and buys for 70 then you can sell for 80-90 each.
