Pc on 2 storm bows, a celestial bow and a hornbow

Hi, i need a pc on 2 storm bows, celestial longbow and a mursaat hornbow.
I am looking to buy these, but not all of them, i just need to know how much they are worth.
The stats i want

req 8 or 9
15^50%
20/20
+30hp
or
req 8 or 9
15% -10 amour while attacking
+30hp
the bow string doesnt matter

If i could get a pc for each bow with each stats that would be awesome

Req9 15>50 Mursaat Hornbow - 100k+15-20e
