55 Monk In Factions

Is there a way to create a 55 monk in Guild Wars Factions.

I just checked the rewards list for unlocking skills and there wasn't the
Balthazar's Spirit skill.

If you can't, is there any good monk farming builds in Factions?

you also cant get a -50 offhand in factions, unless you buy one from someone.
You also cannot get the skill :"Shield of Judgement".
